Permaclip saves ChatGPT and Claude conversations into Notion with math, code, tables and images intact. A Team license is the same extension as Pro, bought once for several people. This page is what a buyer needs to know before paying; the legal terms are in the Terms of Use.

What you get

One license key, N seats. Every seat has everything in Pro: append new messages to a page you already saved, follow a conversation so new messages append on their own, routing rules that pick the target (and save to several at once), bulk import of a ChatGPT or Claude export, unlimited save forms.
$20 per seat per year, billed yearly as one subscription. 5 seats minimum. The pricing page offers 5, 10, 20 or 50 seats; for another number, email us and we set it up.
Devices: each seat covers up to 5 devices. A device that hasn't checked in for 90 days frees its slot on its own.
Same extension, same updates. There is no team build. When ChatGPT or Claude change their pages, the fix ships remotely to every installed copy, free and paid alike.

How to buy

On the pricing page, pick the number of seats and click Get Team.
Stripe Checkout asks for a card, the billing address and, if you have one, your company's tax ID (VAT, GST, EIN and the like). Payment methods are whatever Stripe offers you at checkout.
Right after payment the license key appears on screen. Keep a copy: it is the only credential, and there is no account on our side.

Lost the key? Email support@aibrify.com from the billing address, with the Stripe receipt, and we look it up.

Invoices and tax

Invoices and receipts are issued by Stripe in Aibrify's name, showing your company name, address and tax ID exactly as entered at checkout. They are emailed to the billing address, and each yearly renewal produces a new one.
Need a quote first, or a PO number on the invoice? Email us before paying.
Adding seats later: email us. We change the quantity on the subscription and Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of the term.
Cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal (linked on the welcome page and in every Stripe email). Seats stay active until the end of the paid year. 14-day refund on first purchase, no questions asked.

Where the data goes

Clipped content travels from each person's browser straight to their Notion workspace through Notion's official API. It never passes through our servers, so we cannot read it, log it or lose it.

What our servers do see: the Notion sign-in handshake (the token is handed back to the browser and not kept), license checks (the key plus a random per-device identifier), and requests for the selector configuration file. Billing details live at Stripe. Importing a ChatGPT or Claude export file happens in the browser as well; nothing is uploaded. The full list is in the privacy policy.

Data processing agreement

If your procurement needs a DPA, email support@aibrify.com. Send your template, or ask and we send one. Because clipped content never reaches us, the personal data in scope is small: the billing contact's email, license status, and per-device identifiers that are random UUIDs tied to nothing else.

Rolling it out

Each person installs Permaclip from the Chrome Web Store and connects their own Notion login.
They paste the team key under Settings → Pro license. That is the whole setup.
Everyone can save into one shared Notion database, or each into their own. It is a per-person save form, not a team setting; a shared database only needs to be shared with each person in Notion, as usual.

There is no admin console. Treat the key like any internal password: it is the only credential and it cannot be rotated. Seats are enforced by device count (5 per seat), and idle devices drop off after 90 days.

Support

Email support@aibrify.com. Team customers get a reply within 2 business days, from the person who writes the code. Site breakage is usually fixed remotely within hours; see the changelog for every fix shipped so far.

Not included

No SSO, no admin console, no usage reports. Permaclip does not see what your team clips, so it cannot report on it either.
No Notion administration. Notion access is whatever each person already has.
No Gemini following or appending yet; Gemini conversations save as new pages.
